Virtual Access (VA) means free and open access to data and metadata from research stations and infrastructures. The meeting highlights recent developments and opportunities in Virtual Access provision in the INTERACT network, where strong push to advance and expand VA provision was made in response to the global pandemics that severely affected research field work and scientists access to data.
